Senators take part in swearing-in ceremonies for members of the Constitutional Court

On Monday December 21, 2020, the Senate Speaker, Right Honorable Emmanuel SINZOHAGERA, accompanied by his two Deputy-Speakers, Honorable Spès-Caritas Njebarikanuye and Cyriaque Nshimirimana, as well as honorable senators, took part in the swearing-in ceremonies of the new members of the Constitutional Court.

Those ceremonies, which took place at Kigobe Congress Palace, in Bujumbura city, were enhanced by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Evariste NDAYISHIMIYE.

Members of the National Assembly Bureau, the Vice-President of the Republic, Members of Parliament, members of the Government, Representatives of Diplomatic and Consular Corps, the High Command of the National Defense Force and that of the National Police as well as other distinguished guests also participated in that event.
