Ngozi province leaders urged to listen to the people’s ideas

On Friday, October 28, 2022, the Speaker of the Senate, Right Honourable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, took part in a meeting organized by the “International Christian Ministries” Association, for leaders of the province Ngozi and its surroundings, on October 28 and 29 of this year.

Right Honourable Sinzohagera, in a message to the participants, indicated that good leadership is the basis of sustainable development.

“In households, associations and churches, there is disagreement in the absence of good leadership,” he said.

The Speaker of the Upper House of the Parliament also asked them to listen to the different ideas of the population because it can contribute to development. He also invited them to influence change in the places where they live.

The Right Honourable Sinzohagera also encouraged them to often participate in such meetings in order to be full of knowledge and techniques that contribute to the well-being of those they represent.

At the end of his remarks, the Speaker of the Senate called on them to put into practice the concepts learned during this meeting.
