Christians of Kamenge United Methodist Church Encouraged to Keep Livestock and Poultry

The Senate Speaker and Legal Representative of the United Methodist Church in Burundi, Right Honourable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, joined the Christians of this Church of the Kamenge parish, in the City of Bujumbura, in a prayer of Sunday celebration.

Addressing the Christians, Right Honourable Sinzohagera congratulated them for the various laborious activities carried out during the five years of existence of this Church. He encouraged them to continue in this perspective and to practice rearing small livestock and poultry at home.

During his sermon centered on the holy scriptures taken from Isaiah 43:1-2 and Luke 12:4-7, the Senate Speaker invited Christians to avoid sin and not be fearless when they carry out any work involving God.
