Sunday, November 29, 2020, the Senate Speaker, Rt. Honorable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, along with his spouse; the Second Deputy-Speaker of the Senate; senators elected in Bujumbura district; the Mayor of Bujumbura district as well as some Senate Executives, joined the Christians of Zion Temple Celebration Center of Bujumbura at Ngagara Zone, in a Sunday prayer.
In his remarks, Rt. Hon. Sinzohagera recalled that in addition to proclaiming the God’s Word, church leaders are also called to enlighten the World and work to preserve the identity of the early apostles’ Church.
He also invited the Christians of this church to buckle down to development work, to be concerned about the sanitation of Bujumbura town and continue to protect them against covid-19.
The Senate Speaker also advised young people of this church to initiate projects that could be financed by the Youth Investment Bank, BIJE.
During his preaching, Rt. Hon. Sinzohagera, who is also a Pastor of a Christian Church, emphasized on the good deeds and fruits of the Holy Spirit that characterized Jesus Christ.
