{"id":48,"date":"2014-12-16T11:53:38","date_gmt":"2014-12-16T11:53:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/BurundiSenate\/?page_id=48"},"modified":"2024-04-12T08:12:24","modified_gmt":"2024-04-12T08:12:24","slug":"senat-de-transition","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/senat.bi\/en\/historique\/senat-de-transition\/","title":{"rendered":"Transitional Senate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"textEdito\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>L&#8217;Accord d&#8217;Arusha (28 ao\u00fbt 2000) <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"textIntro\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 20px;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir qualifi\u00e9 le long conflit dont sortait notre pays de <em>\u00ab\u00a0conflit fondamentalement politique avec des dimensions ethniques extr\u00eamement importantes\u00a0\u00bb <\/em> et de \u00ab\u00a0conflit d\u00e9coulant d&#8217;une lutte de la classe politique pour acc\u00e9der au pouvoir et\/ou s&#8217;y maintenir\u00a0\u00bb, l&#8217;Accord d&#8217;Arusha \u00e9num\u00e9rait les solutions propos\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter le renouvellement d&#8217;un pareil drame, parmi lesquelles figuraient la promulgation <em>\u00ab\u00a0d&#8217;une nouvelle Constitution inspir\u00e9e des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du Burundi \u2026, une nouvelle organisation des institutions de l&#8217;Etat afin qu&#8217;elles soient \u00e0 m\u00eame d&#8217;int\u00e9grer et de rassurer toutes les composantes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 burundaise\u00a0\u00bb. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"textIntro\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 20px;\">C&#8217;est dans ce contexte et dans cette perspective qu&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 le S\u00e9nat de transition du Burundi\u00a0: il est \u00e0 la fois \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la r\u00e9conciliation et contr\u00f4leur du processus de la r\u00e9conciliation.
