{"id":10896,"date":"2025-11-26T11:08:04","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T09:08:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/senat.bi\/en\/?p=10896"},"modified":"2025-12-12T11:24:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-12T09:24:40","slug":"the-first-deputy-speaker-of-the-senate-meets-with-representatives-of-the-zone-mugera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/senat.bi\/en\/the-first-deputy-speaker-of-the-senate-meets-with-representatives-of-the-zone-mugera\/","title":{"rendered":"The First Deputy Speaker of the Senate Meets with Representatives of the zone Mugera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senat.bi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC_3535-scaled.jpg\" width=\"332\" height=\"221\" \/>Continuing the visits scheduled by the Senate during the parliamentary recess of November 2025, the First Deputy Speaker of the Senate, Honourable G\u00e9n\u00e9rose NGENDANGANYA, accompanied by some administrative officials from Gitega Province and Bugendana Commune, met on November 26, 2025, at the Parish of Mugera Catholic, with the chief of the zone, notables, and villages chiefs of the zone Mugera in Bugendana Commune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 20px;\">The purpose of this meeting was to listen to the concerns of the population in various areas of life, including justice, sanitation, the economy, security, and many others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 20px;\">In her address to the participants at this meeting, Honourable NGENDANGANYA urged the population of this locality to fully commit to the various projects aimed at achieving Burundi&#8217;s vision: an emerging country by 2040 and a developed country by 2060.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senat.bi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC_3565-scaled.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"269\" \/>She also called on them to continue preserving peace and security.
