Malachie Rachid NIRAGIRA, Mr. Nestor BANKUMUKUNZI, Mr. Jacques Ya\u2019coub NAHAYO, Ms. Appolonie NIBONA, Ma\u00eetre Elisa NKERABIRORI, Amb. Z\u00e9phyrin MANIRATUNGA, Mrs. Marie Jeanne NTAKIRUTIMANA and Hon. Ild\u00e9phonse NTAWUNKUNDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation, Amb.
