tell the truth, dare to ask for forgiveness and rehabilitate the victims; legally qualify the crimes committed, etc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This Congress of Parliament was sanctioned by a Final Declaration.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
