Ernest Ndabashinze, Hon. Isabelle Ndahayo, Col. Ntureka Didace, Amb.Jean Bosco Barege, Amb.Omar Ntezimbere, Hon. Edouard Nduwimana, Hon. Evelyne Butoyi, Hon. L\u00e9ontine Nzeyimana and Hon.
