Burundian population urged to preserve peace and security during the end of year celebrations

On December 12, 2021, in Cibitoke zone, Ntahangwa commune of Bujumbura City, the Senate Speaker, Right Honorable Emmanuel Sinzohagera joined the Christians of the United Methodist Church in the Sunday prayer.

In his message to those Christians, Right Honorable Sinzohagera wished the Burundian people a merry Christmas and a happy new year 2022.

He also provided them with various advices aimed at preserving peace and security, sharing food and drinks during the end of year celebrations and fighting against the embezzlement of their assets during these celebrations.

The Senate Speaker also invited them to take part in the crusade organized by the First Family, from December 27 to 31, 2021, at Kamenge Secondary Technical School, in order to thank the Almighty for the blessings he continues to grant to Burundi.
