December 20, 2020On Sunday, December 20, 2020, the Senate Speaker, Right Honourable Emmanuel SINZOHAGERA, joined the Christians of the Church of Repentance and Rest in Jesus Christ of Jabe, Bujumbura Town, in a Sunday prayer.
In his message, Right Honourable SINZOHAGERA called on Burundians to safeguard unity, solidarity and mutual assistance that have characterized our ancestors everywhere, in order to achieve the Government’s goals for the well-being of all citizens.
He also called on Christians to work assiduously to develop themselves, celebrate the end-of-year together and combat the spread of Covid-19. Right Honorable SINZOHAGERA also called on church leaders to be good pastors and to improve their faithful’s image in order to avoid internal conflicts.
Shortly after, the Senate Speaker at the same time Pastor in a Christian Church proceeded to the preaching through which he presented the benefits of having salvation in Jesus Christ.
