On Saturday, April 15, 2023, the Second Deputy Speaker of the Senate, Honourable Fabrice Nkurunziza, joined the population of Kirundo commune and province in the renovation of the presidential residence.

At the end of this activity, Honourable Nkurunziza, in his message, called on the inhabitants of this locality to redouble their efforts to build public infrastructure and not wait for external help.

He invited them to work hard to increase production and not to waste it.
