On the morning of Saturday, April 22, 2023, the First Deputy Speaker of the Senate, Honourable Dénise Ndadaye, accompanied by a senator elected in the constituency of Mwaro and the Minister in charge of National Solidarity, Ms. Imelde Sabushimike, joined forces with the population of the chief-town of this province, during the activity of planting trees marking the delimitation of the tourist site of the falls of Mwaro “Agasumo ka Mwaro”.
Addressing the participants in this activity, Honourable Ndadaye asked them to continue development work, and to encourage their children to like work.
She called on the population of Mwaro province to properly maintain all the tourist sites of this province, to fight against rumours, to respect the laws and to love one another.
She also called on women to take the lead in carrying out development projects.
In the afternoon of the same day, the First Deputy Speaker of the Upper House of the Parliament visited a breeding centre for exotic breed cattle in Ruyange, in Bisoro commune.
