The 1st Deputy Speaker of the Senate brings together education officials in Mwaro province

On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, Honourable Dénise Ndadaye, First Deputy Speaker of the Senate, together with parliamentarians elected in the constituency of Mwaro, held a meeting for education officials from Kayokwe, Ndava, Nyabihanga and Rusaka, in Mwaro province, in order to discuss the challenges encountered in the education field and the solutions to be provided.

Participants made it known that in all those communes, there is a lack of qualified teachers, lack of books and an insufficiency of classrooms. They mentioned also that there are many cases of school dropouts.

Honourable Dénise Ndadaye gave them a lot of advice aimed in particular at respecting the hierarchy, sending reports on time, collaboration, regularity in the preparation of lessons, etc.
