November 9, 2020The Senate Speaker, Right Honorable Emmanuel SINZOHAGERA, accompanied with his family, joined the Christians of “Eglise du Rocher”, located in Buyenzi quarter of Mukaza commune, in Bujumbura city, in a Sunday prayer on November 08, 2020.
In his preaching, Right Honorable SINZOHAGERA focused his teachings on the obedience of God.
Through that preaching, he asked Christians to obey the will of God because obedience is both the key to blessing and the way to Heaven. In this regard, he called on the congregation and Burundians to respect the commandments of God, especially as The Almighty occupies the first place in the Constitution of Burundi.
In addition, the Speaker of the Upper House of Parliament invited believers of that Church to pray for leaders of the country and the Burundians as a whole so that God will could bless their planned projects for the well-being of all and of the country.
He called on Christians to remain calm, to strengthen peace and security and promote hygiene in their communities.
Finally, Right Honorable SINZOHAGERA urged them to continue to protect themselves against Covid-19 by respecting hygiene measures.
