In the company of his spouse, the Senate Speaker and Legal Representative of the United Methodist Church in Burundi, Right Honourable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, joined the christians of this Church, at the parish of Gakungu, in the commune Commune of Rutana Province, during the prayer of Sunday celebration, on May 26, 2024.
In his preaching, Right Honourable Sinzohagera focused on holy scriptures, notably Job 7:1 and 2 Timothy 6 :11-12. He urged the faithful to be guided by the Holy Spirit and engage into a holy war.
The Speaker of the Upper House of the Parliament called on them to be characterized by truth and holiness. He advised them to bear weapons of faith protection and fight against satan.
Right Honourable Sinzohagera promised this Church his contribution for drinking water supply project and a gift consisting of equipment for the choir.
