The Commissioner General of OBUHA received in audience by the Speaker of the Senate

On Tuesday 27 December 2022, the Speaker of the Senate received in audience, at the headquarters of this Institution, in Gitega province, the Commissioner General of OBUHA, Mr Jean Pierre Gatore.

At the end of this audience, Mr. Gatore indicated that he had come to explain to the Senate Speaker the studies progress for the construction of the parliamentary palace which will be based at Nyabututsi quarter, in Gitega province.

Considering the preparations, the OBUHA Commissioner General estimated that the construction works of this infrastructure could start towards the end of June 2023.
