Regarding those who refuse to be registered because of their belief, the Right Honourable Sinzohagera sent them to the Holy Scriptures, Luke 1:1-3, where it is proven that even Jesus Christ was registered at birth. Thus, he invited representatives of different religious denominations to mobilize their followers to be registered.
In his sermon, the Senate Speaker based his sermon on the teachings found in Isaiah 40:27-31 and Luke 22:43. He informed the faithful that he who believes in God will live forever because God speaks and executes at the same time and urged them not to lose hope and to keep trust in the Holy Spirit.
