The Second Depty Speaker of the Senate, Honourable Fabrice Nkurunziza along with some parliamentarians elected in the constituency of Cankuzo joined the population of the village and zone Mugera, Mishiha commune in the province Cankuzo during the backfilling of the the road RN 13 connecting that province to Tanzania.
At the end of that activity, Honourable Fabrice Nkurunziza urged the population of that province to keep on preserving peace and securhity and tackle various activities in order to attain the objectives of the country : an emerging Burundi by 2040 and a developed one by 2060. He called upon them to avoid fraud, bush fires and rumours.
The Second Deputy Speaker of the Upper House of the Parliament advised them to plant fruit trees, and specifically avocado ones in order to get foreign currency. He also called them to fight erosion, to maintain roads and assure a good management of their harvest.
