This Wednesday, October 19, 2022, the new senator Fabien Haramategeko elected in the constituency of Ngozi sat, during a plenary session, in the hemicycle of the Senate in Gitega, the political capital of Burundi.

He replaces Senator Joseph Ntakarutimana, from the same constituency, who was recently elected to sit in the Legislative Assembly of the East African Community (EALA).
