Honourable Cyriaque Nshimirimana, Second Deputy Speaker of the Senate, accompanied by a deputy from Bubanza constituency, joined, on March 11, 2023, the population of Kirengane village, Muzinda zone, Rugazi commune in the province of Bubanza, during the tracing of a road connecting this village to the place of thermal waters of Nyomvyi, in the commune of Mpanda.
In his message addressed to the participants in this work, Honourable Nshimirimana appreciated the massive participation of the population of this locality in the community development work and encouraged them to move forward.
The Second Deputy Speaker of the Senate called on the population of Bubanza to continue to preserve peace and security, and to tackle the various works to develop, among others those of the agro-pastoral field.
He advised them to adopt the birth control policy, not waste their harvest and encourage their children to study.
In addition, Honourable Nshimirimana urged the population of this province to protect environment, more particularly by planting trees and drawing contour lines.
He invited women and the youth to take out loans from the Investment and Development Bank for Women (BIDF) and the Investment Bank for the Youth (BIJE) in order to carry out development projects.
