September 30, 2023The Second Deputy Speaker of the Senate, Honorable Fabrice Nkurunziza, joined the population of Kireka village, in Kirundo commune and province, in the cleaning work of a gutter on RN 14, Saturday September 30, 2023.
At the end of this work, Honorable Fabrice Nkurunziza, in his remarks, thanked the population for having responded massively.
He called on them to draw contour lines to protect the land against erosion and take care of the education of children.
Honorable Fabrice Nkurunziza also encouraged them to group together in cooperatives because “Together as one”. He also invited the administrative authorities to provide supervision to the members of the said cooperatives.
In addition, he advised them to raise rabbits and hoped that those responsible for agriculture and livestock would give them lessons related to rabbit farming.
