On Saturday, January 20, 2024, the Second Deputy Speaker of the Senate, Honourable Fabrice Nkurunziza, accompanied by certain parliamentarians elected in the constituency of Muramvya, joined the population of the Bukeye zone and commune of the province of Muramvya in the earthworks on land, for the construction of a basic school, on Rweteto Village.
In a message addressed to the participants in this work, Honourable Nkurunziza called on the population of this province to prepare for the next general population census and to promote coffee growing, which contributes to foreign currency recovery.
He asked them to continue to preserve peace and security, to protect the environment, in particular by drawing contour lines and planting trees.
The Second Deputy Speaker of the Upper House of the Parliament urged to ensure hygiene everywhere, for good health, and advised young people to continue their studies, to prepare for a better future. He urged parents to closely monitor the education of their children.
