December 13, 2020Friday, December11, 2020,the Second Deputy-Speaker of the Senate, Honorable Cyriaque Nshimirimana, joined the population of Ruyigi province in the work of the concrete slab floor of the provincial office under construction.
In his message addressed to the inhabitants of that locality, Honorable Nshimirimana appreciated the progress of that work and thanked them for having participated massively.
In addition, he urged them to combine their efforts for the success of that work and promised them his support.
