October 10, 2020The Second-Deputy of the Senate, Honorable Cyriaque NSHIMIRIMANA, joined the population of Ruyigi commune in the construction work of a new provincial office on Saturday, October 03, 2020.
At the end of the work, Honorable NSHIMIRIMANA, in his speech delivered on behalf of the Senate, thanked the population for the interest they attach to development work. “He or she who works must be supported,” he said.
He invited all the inhabitants of Ruyigi to pay their contributions, according to each one’s means, so that the work could be completed.
The Second Deputy-Speaker of the senate advised the population to avoid laziness and preserve peace as well as security.
He also asked them to strengthen social cohesion in their households and help each other.
Finally, Honorable NSHIMIRIMANA offered, on behalf of the Senate, a gift of 100 sacks of cement to that province to support it in that work.
