The Senate Speaker calls on Burundians to love one another

The Right Honourable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, Senate Speaker, accompanied by some senators and administrative authorities of Bujumbura town, joined the Christians of “Shemeza Worship temple”, in a Sunday prayer on august 14, 2022.

Addressing those Christians of that Church, the Right Honourable Sinzohagera called on Burundian people to love one another just like our ancestors. He urged them to be together to find solutions to the problems of the country.

In order to prepare for the coming rainy season, the Senate Speaker called on citizens to clean the gutters which clear out the water, to assure the cleanness of their respective residences in order to fight against the dumping of waste in the Lake Tanganyika.

In the end, he invited those Christians of “Shemeza Worship Temple”  to protect themselves against Covid-19 since new cases of infection of that pandemic are increasing.

In his preaching, the Senate Speaker centered his teachings on the holy scriptures that are to be found in the books of Exodus 34:6;  Hebrews 12:14-17 where recalled each Christian not to forsake the grace of God.
