On Saturday, July 10, 2021, the Speaker of the Senate, Right Honourable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, joined the population of the Mugera village and zone, in Mishiha commune of Cankuzo province in the community development work which consisted of moving the bricks closer together to a Hospital, under construction, on that village.
The Right Honourable Sinzohagera, in his message, called on the Burundians to safeguard peace and security, guarantor of sustainable development. He also appealed to them not to waste the harvest, to eradicate polygamy, to fight against bushfires and anything that can contribute to insecurity and disorder.
He also urged the population of that locality, and especially women and the youth to develop and accomplish self-development projects, especially those in the field of agriculture and livestock. He did not fail to remind them that there are even banks that can grant them loans without a mortgage.
The Right Honourable Sinzohagera also asked the Burundian population to keep on respecting protective measures against Covid-19. He recalled the preparing for the implementation of the law on permanent keeping in sheds and prohibition of wandering for domestic animals and poultry in Burundi since October of this year. The Senate Speaker promised them to support the bulding of that Hospital.
