The Senate Speaker praises achievements of the united methodist church

The Right Honourable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, Senate Speaker, along with some senators, joined the christians of the United Methodist Church (EMUBU) in a Sunday prayer on August 8, 2021. That prayer took place at Rohero parish, commune Mukaza in city council of Bujumbura. In his message, the Senate Speaker and Legal Representative of the United Methodist Church praised the activities carried out by that Church during the month of July and the miracles that were observed in Kayero, in Mpinga-Kayove commune of the Rutana Province.

The Right Honourable Sinzohagera also congratulated all those who gave themselves body and soul for the success of that activity which took place in Kayero. He did not fail to launch a vibrant appeal to the Christians of EMUBU to continue to protect fight against the Covid-19 by following the hygiene recommendations of the health bodies.

In his preaching, the Senate Speaker centered his teachings on the books of Psalms 139: 23-24; Hebrews 5: 12-14; Matthew 17: 19-21 where he called out to the Christians of the EMUBU to be tested by God because the one whom God appreciates must be proven.
