The Second Deputy Speaker of the Senate joins the people of Kajondi in road maintenance work

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, the Second Deputy Speaker of the Senate, Honourable Clotilde Kampimbare, joined the residents of Kajondi area in Bururi commune, Burunga province, in maintenance and clearing work on the drainage ditches along the road connecting National Route 7 (RN7) and the site of ISABU.

In a message to the people present, Honourable Kampimbare urged them to work hard to ensure the development of their households, to encourage their children to take pride in their work, and to focus on their education. She also advised young people to love and attend school. Honourable Kampimbare further urged young girls to avoid early pregnancies. In addition, she called on administrative authorities to prioritize the well-being of citizens and to respect working hours.

The Second Deputy Speaker of the Senate concluded her message by giving further advice to the population, focusing on cleanliness, preserving peace and security, preventing the misappropriation of state-owned lands, and protecting the environment by digging drainage ditches and planting trees.
