Approval of Members of the Superior Council of the Magistracy

In accordance with article 192, paragraph 9 of the Constitution of the Republic of Burundi and on the proposal of His Excellency Evariste Ndayishimiye, President of the Republic, in a plenary session led by the Senate Speaker, Right Honourable Emmanuel SINZOHAGERA, senators approved, in the morning of Friday, June 7, 2024, 10 names of the candidates proposed for the position of members of the Superior Council of the Magistracy.

They are Sylvane Bizimana, Emile Mazuru, Spès Caritas Bishoboye, Libère Rivuzumwami, Delphine Niyuhire, Privat Nsabimana, Maître Mister Segatwa, Mister Hervé Barutwanayo, Mister Alexis Nduwimana, and Mister Tharcisse Hakizimana.
