Burundians urged to remain united during the election period

Along with his wife, the Senate Speaker, Right Honorable Emmanuel Sinzohagera, joined the population of Tenga-Local village, Rubirizi zone, Mutimbuzi commune in Bujumbura province, during the work of tracing a gutter, along a track connecting Gihora and Gikoma sub-villages, Saturday, November 2, 2024.

Addressing the participants in this work, Right Honorable Sinzohagera urged Burundians to remain united during this election period, and to tackle various works to develop themselves. He urged them to continue to preserve peace and security.

The Speaker of the Upper House of Parliament called on the population of Bujumbura to protect the environment and properly maintain the waters of Lake Tanganyika. He asked the administrative officials of this locality to contribute in compliance with urban standards, during various constructions.

This work was also attended by some administrative officials of Bujumbura Province.
